Frequently asked questions

Who can benefit from this sleep support?

The services are for parents or carers of children from 0-3 years of age who are experiencing baby sleep challenges, and would like to seek some advice on how to manage their current situation. It is also for those who would like to gain some insight into infant sleep, or to prepare for any future challenges that may arise. Support is tailored to each child’s age, development, and family routines.

How does the sleep support work?

You are welcome to start with a free 15-minute discovery call. If you choose to book an appointment, I will send you a sleep profile form and sleep diary for you to complete, which we will then discuss during our meeting and decide a course of action together. After the session I will check in with you via email the following week to touch base and answer any questions you have at that point. You are welcome to book on for further sessions, top up phone calls, or a home visit.

How MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?

One 45 minute session (including 1x sleep diary review, 1x emailed plan, 1x check-in) is £50. I also offer home visits which are charged at £60 per hour plus travel time and travel costs.

Further support is bespoke depending on your needs and prices vary, always within an accessible and affordable range.

Do you use “cry-it-out” methods?

No. I offer gentle, responsive strategies that respect your child’s needs. Every suggestion is customised to your child to accommodate what works for them and for you.

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through the website. Select a free 15-minute discovery call by choosing a date and time that works for you, or book directly onto a session. If a time and date is not available that you require, I will do my best to work around your schedule to arrange a time to talk.

How long does one session of support last?

One session of support is 45 minutes and takes place at the Hanover Community Centre in Brighton, or online via Zoom/WhatsApp. I offer home visits which are 1 hour long.

Is the venue accessible?

Unfortunately there is no direct disabled/buggy access to the venue, as the room is located at the top of the building with no lift available. However if this is an issue for you I will host an online support session for you instead.

What if I need to reschedule?

I understand things change. Please contact me as soon as you can in advance to reschedule your session. Late reschedules may be subject to non-refundable fees. (please review the Cancellation Policy).
